To allow us to provide the best experience and results as efficiently as possible, please keep us informed:

• Which service you would like to have. If you are unsure, please speak to the salon manager.
• Keep our staff informed, if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances or have any other medical conditions that may be of concern. We should be made aware of these before commencing any service.
• While receiving any service, you may provide our staff with your feedback and comments during your service so that our staff can satisfy your requirements straight away.
• If you experience any abnormal reaction or condition please inform the salon manager immediately.

At Dazzle Nails, we strive to exceed your expectations and deliver high-quality services. Our mission is to achieve the results that you desire. We are confident that you will be satisfied with our services, but in the rare event that you are not, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can address any concerns you may have. 

We offer a work guarantee that allows you to arrange an appointment with us within working hours to have your service rectified within 72 hours after your initial visit. Our goal is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the service that we have provided. However, please note that we will not offer a refund or credit note simply because you have changed your mind.  

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we value your feedback. We appreciate your trust in us and are committed to delivering the best possible services. 

Dazzle Nails is not liable for redeeming, refunding, replacing or canceling gift cards or vouchers under any of the following circumstances:

• Lost or stolen cards/vouchers.
• Change of mind.
• Presented for redemption after the expiry date. 

You are responsible for the use and safety of your gift cards/ vouchers.

The value of the cards/vouchers is in AUD. 

The gift cards/vouchers can only be redeemed for the amount stated on them.

Gift cards/vouchers are only valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. 

Gift cards/ Vouchers will not be redeemable for cash.
Gift cards/vouchers can only be redeemed in-store at Dazzle Nails.

Dazzle Nails reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying customers in a different manner. By purchasing or using our gift cards/vouchers, you agree to be bound by the most current version of the terms and conditions, and it is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly.
