To book an appointment for cosmetic tattooing with us, please call Dazzle Nails and provide us with your personal information. Payment for the service will be taken at the time of your appointment, at our salon. We accept payment by cash or credit card.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

To receive cosmetic tattooing services at Dazzle Nails, all clients must complete and sign our consent and health information form, which is to be completed at our salon. By signing the form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the risks and benefits of the procedure, and that you consent to the procedure being performed.

Please note that the client must be at least 18 years of age to receive cosmetic tattooing services.
